Lafayette Lofts in Soulard
Suermann Contracting played a large roll in turning this former St. Louis school into a 36-unit Loft building. Suermann Contracting installed all the cabinets, doors, trim, and refurbished existing historic windows.
Avani Derm Spa
Contracted and managed by Suermann Contracting. This beautiful Derm Spa in the Des Peres / Manchester area was completed to perfection by our team.
Sherman lofts
Developed by Advantes Development, this former St. Louis School was transformed into 36 loft apartments and 6 two-story townhomes. With Suermann Contracting’s wide variety of services, we handled all the carpentry needs of the project and had one of our Superintendents onsite to run the day-to-day operations all the way to completion.
